Founded in September 2007 and based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Advanced Telemetry, LLC is enabling energy resource conservation and resultant reductions in carbon dioxide emissions and energy bills through its proprietary EcoView line of energy and resource usage, management and conservation products. The EcoView product line embodies Advanced Telemetry's corporate belief that change in energy wasting consumption habits can only occur if the result of these habits is visible to energy users in real time. As such, the EcoView product line includes a real time, data filled touch screen that enables users to observe and take immediate action to address excessive resource consumption.

 | Babcock-Thermo Carbon Capture LLC is a joint company formed by ThermoEnergy Corporation and Babcock Power Inc. Babcock-Thermo Carbon Capture was created in order to develop and commercialize a new and advanced carbon capture power plant design.
This patented new technology represents a totally different thermodynamic approach in power plant design. Based on high pressure oxy-fuel chemistry, TIPS combines the combustion of carbonaceous fuels, including coal, oil, natural gas, municipal waste and biomass, into energy with near-zero air emissions and no smoke stack. In addition, it effectively captures carbon dioxide ("CO2") in clean, pressurized liquid form ready for sequestration or beneficial reuse, such as enhanced oil recovery. The TIPS technology promises to achieve greater fossil-fuel power plant thermal efficiency due to its novel and patented process design. Coupled with the recovery of pipeline quality liquid CO2, TIPS is expected to have an economic and environmental edge over competing carbon capture technologies.

BlueFire Ethanol Fuels, Inc. was established to deploy a patented Concentrated Acid Hydrolysis Technology Process for the conversion of cellulosic ("Green Waste") waste materials to ethanol, and other viable alternatives to petroleum derived fuels. BlueFire's technology has demonstrated production of ethanol and other petroleum displacing fuels from urban trash (post-sorted MSW), rice and wheat straws, wood waste and other agricultural residues. BlueFire is one of four ethanol companies awarded funding from the U.S. Department of Energy to construct a commercial scale cellulosic ethanol production facility. Its biorefineries will be located in markets with the highest demand for renewable transportation fuels thereby dramatically reducing delivery costs while simultaneously increasing the areas biofuel supply and reducing the waste streams sent to landfills.

 | Clean Power Technologies is committed to developing unique systems to reduce emissions and fuel usage by producing power from wasted energy. The CPT system can be applied to a range of vehicles, including locomotives, heavy trucks and light cars, and for industrial power generation such as landfill sites. The Company's proprietary technology significantly increases fuel efficiency through its Clean Energy Separation And Recovery (CESAR) system, which takes otherwise wasted heat energy from the exhaust of a conventional combustion engine and modifies it through a heat recovery system to generate clean power. Clean Power Technologies has cooperative research and development agreements in place with one of the USA's largest grocery chains, freight haulage companies and international engineering corporations. Clean Power Technologies is also working in a collaborative relationship with a leading non-profit environmental organization in the United States. Testing of the CESAR system on a Caterpillar C15 diesel engine has demonstrated that by recovering around 40% of the exhaust gas energy, efficiency improvements approaching 10% of the C15 running power can be achieved. The Company is in advanced stage of the development of this system for applications on landfill site generators and truck auxiliary power supply. The Company boasts a highly experienced engineering team, whose vision and technical capabilities are driving the implementation of this unique technology. Clean Power Technologies operates out of its development facility in Newhaven, East Sussex, UK. The Company is listed on OTCBB in the USA and is also listed on XETRA on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

 | ReGen Power Systems, Inc is a 12-year-old company focused on the development of a low temperature Stirling engine.
Massive amounts of heat energy exit industrial processes daily and are dissipated into the atmosphere, unused. A typical steam turbine power generation plant produces 2/3 heat and 1/3 electricity, and globally, companies waste $300 billion of energy in this manner every year. Most attempts to reuse such heat involve cycling it back to pre-heat combustion air, but the benefit is usually outweighed by the cost.
Only one commercial technology exists to convert such heat to electricity, but its high cost, low efficiency and the ability to operate only at heats about 800 Celsius limits it to niche applications. ReGen has recently re-designed an old engine technology to create power efficiently using discarded heat and steam at the low temperatures of 200 to 400 Celsius. The power that is created comes with zero emissions. Due to the low cost and ability to run at low temperatures, ReGen Power's stirling engine can be installed in many heat emitting facilities such as paper mills, steel mills, chemicals and petroleum refining facilities, glass ovens, cement plants and similar locations.
